Why this site? De la Guerra is rich in heritage and beauty and for several years I have wanted to photograph this place from the same location every day for a year. Every street changes hourly, daily and seasonally. The life of de la Guerra weaves a rich visual tapestry that I want to share with you. I am attempting to negotiate access to a specific place that has a wonderful overview of de la Guerra street. This is in process, wish us luck. The long term value of a "year in the life" of de la Guerra is a wonderful gift that can be given to Santa Barbara. It's really that simple.
